Author Guidelines

Key Points

  • Articles must be submitted in English only.

  • Each article can have one corresponding author, who will handle all editorial communication and is responsible for approval of the submission.

  • Provide all authors’ full names and email addresses (recommended).

  • Include all authors’ ORCID IDs (recommended).

  • Use your email address consistently in the manuscript and journal metadata, and check spam folders regularly.

  • Submitted articles must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Responsibility for the content rests entirely with the authors and not with GJPAS, its editorial board, or affiliated members.

Submission of Manuscript

Authors should submit an electronic version of the manuscript (Microsoft Word, .doc/.docx) via email at [email protected] or through the journal’s online submission system.

The editorial team will decide on the acceptance or rejection of the manuscript after thorough review.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be prepared in English using MS Word.

  • Use Times New Roman, font size 12 pt, double-spaced.

  • All research articles should include the following sections:

    • Abstract

    • Keywords

    • Introduction

    • Materials and Methods

    • Results

    • Discussion

    • Conclusion

    • Acknowledgements (if any)

    • References

Title Page

  • Title in boldface, title case.

  • Author names in upper case, font size 12 pt.

  • Affiliation in normal case, lowercase.

  • The corresponding author is indicated with an asterisk (*) and is responsible for ensuring all co-authors approve the manuscript.

Author Affiliation Format

Include for each author:

  • Full Name

  • Position / Post

  • Department

  • College / University

  • State, Country

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • ORCID ID

Abstract

  • Abstract must be structured (objectives, methods, results, conclusions).

  • Avoid abbreviations, diagrams, and references.

  • Limit to 250 words.

Keywords

  • Provide 4–6 keywords representing the key topics of the paper.

Introduction

  • Introduce the research topic and provide a concise background.

  • Explain the rationale and origin of the study.

Materials and Methods

  • Provide sufficient detail for replication: materials, instruments, chemicals, and procedures.

  • Include descriptions of modifications or new methods for reproducibility.

Results and Discussion

  • Present results concisely; discussion may be combined with results.

  • Tables, graphs, and figures should:

    • Be inserted at the appropriate place in the text

    • Include clear numbering and titles

    • Have descriptive headings and labels in text form, not embedded in images

  • Discuss results in relation to existing knowledge in the field.

Acknowledgements

  • Optional section to acknowledge non-author contributions, funding, or resources.

References

  • References must be numbered in order of appearance in the manuscript and cited using superscript numbers.

  • Journal article format:

    • Last Name, First Name. Title of manuscript. Journal Abbreviation, Year; Volume(Issue):Page numbers.

    • If more than six authors, list the first six followed by et al.

Example:
Panda BB, Gaur K, Kori ML, Tyagi LK, Nema RK, Sharma CS et al. Anti-Inflammatory and Analgesic Activity of Jatropha gossypifolia in Experimental Animal Models. Journal of Advance Multidisciplinary Research, 2022; 3(9):1-5.

Corresponding Author Responsibilities

  • Ensure all co-authors approve the manuscript.

  • Handle all communication with the editorial office.

  • Submit and track all revisions, proofs, and publication queries.

Final Notes

  • Manuscripts not following these guidelines may be returned for correction before review.

  • JPAS adheres to double-blind peer reviewopen access principles, and ethical publishing standards.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
